Terms & Conditions
  • Please read carefully before booking. No agreement can be made until these Terms & Conditions have been accepted in full by the client.

  • Booking

  • A booking for wedding styling or training/education is only confirmed once all of the following conditions have been met:

  • - A non-refundable booking fee of £200 has been received via bank transfer or cash for a wedding package.

  • - A non-refundable booking fee of £200 has been received for any training or education booking.

  • - If additional wedding-day services are required (e.g., day-to-night styling), a further non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee of £200 is required to reserve this add-on service.

  • - Booking fees must be paid at the time of booking.

  • - Booking fees secure the date and cover administration time.

  • - Confirmation amounts for any additional services or location changes may be subject to change.

  •  

  • No booking is secured until the booking fee has been paid and written confirmation has been provided.

  •  

  • Date Changes

  • - A £200 date-change fee applies to any change of wedding date.

  • - A £200 date-change fee applies to any change of training/education dates.

  • Date changes are subject to my availability, and updated pricing may apply depending on the year or service requirements.

  •  

  • Cancellations by the Client

  • You may cancel your booking at any time; however the following conditions apply:

  • - Booking fees are strictly non-refundable, as they cover administration and loss of date.

  • - Cancellations made with less than 12 weeks’ notice will require the full remaining balance to be paid.

  • - Add-on services also require 12 weeks’ notice; otherwise the full balance will be due.

  • - Booking fees paid for add-on services cannot be transferred to a package booking.

  • - All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Cancellations Due to Circumstances Outside the Client’s Control

  • If you need to cancel due to circumstances outside your control (e.g.,  government restrictions, full local lockdown), your booking fee may be transferred to a new date free of charge, subject to:

  • - My availability on the new date.

  • - Any updated pricing for the new year (inflation or increased costs).

  • If I am not available on your new date, 50% of the booking fee will be retained to cover administration and loss of booking.

  •  

  • Cancellations by Myself

  • In the unlikely event I am unable to attend due to illness, injury, personal emergency, or circumstances beyond my control:

  • I will make every effort to find a replacement stylist of a similar standard. This cannot be guaranteed.

  • If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund, excluding any completed trial costs.

  • Training/Education: If I must cancel your training session, an alternative date will be arranged as soon as possible.

  •  

  • Exclusivity

  • Exclusivity for your date is not automatically included.
    Timings will be carefully considered to ensure your service is not affected.
    An exclusivity upgrade can be arranged upon request.

  •  

  • Travel Expenses

  • The client agrees to cover all necessary travel expenses, including:

  • - Mileage or travel fees quoted at the time of booking.

  • - Hotel accommodation for journeys exceeding 2 hours from my location.

  • - Any parking charges (to be notified in advance).

  • Destination weddings: All travel costs must be covered including UK and overseas transfers, flights, and accommodation.

  •  

  • Client Responsibility

  • The client must inform me of any sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect the use of products or equipment.
    - I cannot be held liable for any reaction or issue resulting from withheld information.

  • - I reserve the right to refuse service to any client displaying symptoms of infection, lice, or any condition that may pose a risk.

  •  

  • Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid 1 month prior to the event via bank transfer, or

  • - Paid before styling begins on the day if paying in cash.

  • - Please notify me in advance if you intend to pay cash.

  • - Late or failed payments may result in cancellation of services.

  • Photography & Privacy

  • You agree that photographs of any styling carried out on yourself or your wedding party may be used on my website, social media platforms, or for general business marketing.

  • If you do not consent to this, you must inform me before the wedding day.

  • All data collected is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

  • Data Protection

  • In accordance with data protection law, I am required to retain service records, including personal data.
    These records are stored securely and accessible only to the stylist.

  • Records are kept for six years, after which all personal information is permanently deleted unless you remain an active client.
